Hello, I am a UX Researcher at Ubisoft where I investigate different aspects of player experience to pave the way toward building what players need and enjoy.
Prior to embarking on my journey of UX, I worked in human resources and business development. Before that, I studied psychology and got involved with many research projects.
Learning how people think, behave, and feel, my passion for understanding the human experience grew deeper. However, with many years of focusing on research, I started to look for opportunities where I could apply my knowledge to tackle real-world problems.
I really wanted to combine my knowledge in human behaviour, my interest in digital environment and my vision to have a positive difference in people's daily lives. Then, I found user experience design.
Research experiences trained me to become analytical, detailed-oriented, and logical; with research and data-driven insights, I can define problems, analyze data, and interpret results - all of which play vital roles in conducting user research so that users' pain points and areas to be improved can be identified, setting the UX design process off to the right direction.
Working in the field of human resources, business development and now user experience design, I have collaborated with various teams where I learned to exchange ideas and communicate well with others. I strive to develop a clear understanding of their needs and expectations so I can discover a solution that alights with everyone's objective and desire.
Today, I try to make sure that my solutions are based on reliable research analysis and data, integrating with creative and adventurous ideas as well.
Currently, I am spending time to gain experience in a wide variety of specializations, from video games, accessibility and even art - I strongly believe in valuable inspirations that each field can contribute to each other that will ultimately allow me to become a UX designer with commitment, humility and perspective.
That was enough about me. I'd hear from you! Let's get in touch 😀
